Online Loyalty Points
We have created a loyalty points scheme. You will receive 1 loyalty point for every pound you spend and each point is worth 5p. To redeem your points, you will need a minimum of 20 (equivalent of £1). Points are added to your account once your order has been finalised.
All deliveries are made via Royal Mail. Our standard postage option is Second Class or you can upgrade to First Class to ensure you receive your items faster. Second class should arrive 2-3 days after ordering and first class 1-2 days.
Should you need to return any items, please contact us straight away. You have 30 days from the date of purchase in which to return any items.
We carefully select companies that meet our criteria of fully licensed, high quality products. You can be assured that each company we deal with have the licenses for the designs they hold which means that all of our products are official, licensed products.
